Well, I’ll miss you at Peter Galbert’s. I emailed my request at 8:00:00AM ET and apparently I was way off from making the class! Congratulations on the popularity/success! I’ll keep on the lookout for your other classes as they schedule.
Our insurance was canceled for the third time (I've never filed a single insurance claim in my life).
We searched for months to find a replacement. No luck. We've had a couple insurance agents step forward since and offer to help, but the expense of classes does not make classes worth it. We aren't a school. Classes were some side money for us.
I'm hoping to someday attend one of the classes in Germany, I'm sure it would be great fun.
Do you already more or less know what you'll be teaching (chairs I suppose?)
Do you happen to also already know over how many days you'll do the class?
June 29- July 3: Curved-arm comb-back chair
July 6-10: Gibson chair

So glad to hear of upcoming chair classes in Germany.
Will the instruction be held in English or German language?
I live in Thailand and getting too old for enduring long flights home. Germany is a perfect middle ground.
Looking forward to hearing dates so I can register immediately! If any way to register in advance, please let me know. I will gladly make my deposits.
Charles
The instruction is in English, but there is always a translator on hand for German speakers.
Registration for the classes is through the German-language Dictum site.

I don't know when they will open registration. When they do, I'll post it here.
Thank you!
Why can’t you teach classes in Covington? Over-booked?

That’s so weird… And a bummer.
Any chance you will be teaching the revised ATC in ‘26?
Excited in any case and hoping to find a spot!
Hell no. I'll write an article about why in the coming week as we get closer to the release date.
Where and when will the Midwest class be?
I can't say "where" because the school has to make the announcement first.
The "when" is March 30 to April 3.
Would the Midwest location, whatever it is, be the most convenient for someone traveling from Missouri.
Yes it would!
Any chance of a west-coast class? I missed Megan at Port Townsend last year, but would risk the border again to build a chair with you there :)
I'm afraid no. The other two schools are in the Midwest and South.
Ah well … maybe another year?
