Note: I worked on my usual Sunday piece for three days, and I think I overworked it. It’s either brilliant, or one of the stupidest things I’ve ever put to paper. So I set it aside. Instead, you get this post, which is free to all subscribers.

One of my favorite bits of the book are the endsheets that Keith drew. This shows the chair on top of Rumpke Mountain (our town dump). I love the image so much I want to throw away a good deal of money and make letterpress posters of it. That is love.

We are putting the finishing touches on “Build a Chair from Bulls%$t” this weekend, and we’ll transmit it to the printer on Monday. If all goes well, the printed version of the book will be released in early April. Price: $21.
